Our Payment Policy

Our practice requires full payment the day your dental services are provided. For patients with insurance, the estimated portion your insurance covers will be deducted from your balance. We will file your insurance as a courtesy and seek to maximize your benefits. Should your insurance not pay the full amount to cover your care, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Should your insurance pay above the estimated portion, we will reimburse you the difference.

Smile Columbia accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer third party financing with Care Credit and Lending Club. Our practice does not offer in office payment plans.
